The deadline for early bird registration is 1 July 2023, and the deadline for late registration is 1 September 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration fees can be paid after 1 January 2023, when Euro (\u20ac) becomes the official currency in the Republic of Croatia. No payment is possible before that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration fees include:<\/strong><br>Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, conference banquet, social programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For additional information about registration please contact us by e-mail on hfss-payment@uniri.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong><br>All registered participants who cannot attend and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund of their registration fees minus a cancellation fee of <strong>\u20ac50<\/strong> subject to a written request sent to hfss-payment@uniri.hr by <strong>1 September 2023<\/strong>.
