Registration fees are expressed in Euro (\u20ac), VAT included. The deadline for early bird registration is 1 July 2025, and the deadline for late registration is 1 September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to scientific programme, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, social programme for delegates, ECCOMAS\/IACM members and students, and respectively conference dinner and social programme for accompanying persons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy:<\/strong>
All registered participants who cannot attend, will receive a refund of their registration fees minus a cancellation fee of \u20ac50<\/strong> subject to a written request sent by e-mail<\/a> by 1 September 2025<\/strong>. No refund will be possible after that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
