Registration fees are expressed in Euro (€), VAT included. The deadline for early bird registration is 1 July 2025, and the deadline for late registration is 1 September 2025.

Access to scientific programme, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, social programme for delegates, ECCOMAS/IACM members and students, and respectively conference dinner and social programme for accompanying persons.

Refund Policy:
All registered participants who cannot attend, will receive a refund of their registration fees minus a cancellation fee of €50 subject to a written request sent by e-mail by 1 September 2025. No refund will be possible after that date.
