Extended Abstracts
Prospective authors are invited to submit a two-page extended abstract using one of the following templates (LaTeX or Word file) by 15 March 2025 under the following link.
By submitting an abstract, the authors agree with its publication in the book of abstracts, which will be published open access and freely accessible in a scientific repository.
Templates
The two-page extended abstracts should be submitted in the Portable Document Format (PDF). Further instructions for submission of contributions will be available soon.
Full Paper Publication
There will be no conference proceedings including full papers for the HFSS 2025. However, the Scientific Committee is in the process of organising special issues related to the topics of the conference in the following Springer journals to provide high-quality publication options for conference participants in different fields:
Prospective authors will be asked during the extended abstract submission process if they are interested in a journal publication related to their conference contribution. Interested authors will be contacted by the guest editors with an invitation to submit a paper after the conference.
